That is located right at the entrance of Concubine Lane (website's map location is really a tad off). In case you are in your community around lunchtime, it is a decent spot to have your food. However, it's nothing very special, rather than worth another visit.Since it was, it was in an exceedingly convenient location with great food and service.

This eatery was recommended by way of a taxi driver, an area of Ipoh. Place had not been opened when we continued lst day (a Thurs). We passed by once again on 2nd day also it was opened up. Couldn't withstand eating here whenever we already had lunch time earlier.Ordered 2 easy dishes to use - steamed 3 level eggs and mix fry water cress along with roast pork. Good comfort food. Desire we could get back to try additional dishes but we are departing Ipoh tomorrow. Don't skip this eatery in the event that you move by and it's really open (when i realize eatery I not really opened everyday).

We are on a short check out to Ipoh to take pleasure from their food. This cafe, recommended by our resort was our 1st stop. Our celebration of three contains my Malaysian Chinese spouse and mother in regulation and myself. Our greatest dish had been the watercress withbalachan Nothing special concerning the other meals. As another reviewer mentioned regarding the lovely and sour pork, where may be the meats?? All breading and the sauce has been flat. We'd to order another meats dish to supplement. The region, Concubine Lane is interesting, but this restaurant wouldn't normally be on my recommend checklist.

wished to try the mix fry water cress along with roast pork, but unfortunately the boss said "do not have". it's very hot and sweaty to possess lunch right here although there are a variety of standing followers. the business enterprise was quite good that allows the boss tobe a little arrogant & unfriendly. worthy of a go here. but i might not keep coming back again.

You wouldn't look for a far better name to arouse curiosity than Concubine Lane in Ipoh. But today, there is nothing kinky concerning the place. Definately not it. Whatever you get are investors and stalls selling household goods and some of the greatest nearby Chinese cuisine atvery inexpensive prices! This restaurant acts excellent dishes and become prepared for a complete house. No reservations used and defnitely well worth the wait.

This is among my favourite places to possess lunch in Ipoh and unfailingly, I'll ordered their deep fried fish head (essential try). This cafe is about the only real authentic Ipoh old city places to use along Concubine Lane .... everything elseare new places made to focus on foreign tourists. Obtain the by 12PM because they usually near by 3PM roughly. Just ask the individual to recommend their well-known dishes. Good food rather than too pricey. It is a family-owned company and presently managed by another generation.
