Employees were absolutely useless, we'd to shout "Hi there?" five times to lastly have a worker come to us. Shifted around three various tables in a totally empty restaurant. There is no songs in the cafe and staff obviously had no concept whatthey were carrying out, it had been the most awkward i've actually felt in a eating place. Then I enquire about what beverages they assist and was told just wines, when I ask should they do other things (unfortunately i can't drink alcohol to because of recent surgical procedure) I has been laughed at!!! The chef responded with "orange juice?" in probably the most mocking tone of voice. The menus for steaks are in the number of 300rm, and for that cost we expected better assistance from all associates of staff. Totally disrespectful. We were after that provided a measly 10% off to get us to come back, even though we'd previously have been offered this for the time before. Will never be returning and you will be allowing our friends understand how awful this was.

This was our first-time and we were amazed by the nice quality meat ( beef n pork) n good table wine. The entrees had been accompanied with soup n starters that could be more generous, specifically the loaf of bread which we believed could be abasketful rather than specific parts. The meats were tasty n the sauces had been A1. Your wine was refilled often which made the eating experience joyful n great feeling. Would defintely suggest. Lily Rebecca Olivia..

We went there for the 17th wedding anniversary. Volcano is an excellent place, plus its the very best restaurant I’ve experienced Ipoh. They thoroughly prepared an incredible dinner for me personally and my wife I’ll be back soon
