now i obtain it when individuals said the assistance is poor. I am standing up at the counter for approximately 5-10 mins to select my cake and shell out the dough but the staffs totally ignore me and speaking with each others. I'm alright should they wanna settle another customers orders very first before taking mine however the least they might do will be greeting me and state something similar to "oh sorry we're just a little busy right now, is it possible to please wait for an instant" or something similar to that. and obviously I'll appreciate if they state it with a grin. idk why the program is poor bad like very poor. I am there as soon as and the provider was great but these days is merely .. yk what i'd never go there any longer. my complain will undoubtedly be greatly focused on the night staffs on 5 sept 2022.

The worst experience I’ve ever endured.I stood in the front the counter for ten minutes, and no a unitary staff came and assist as well as acknowledged us.Usually do not recommend.

Sit there for 10mins no one arrived at serve, among the staff seated and communicating with another staff whilst she is considering me. Some store provide bar program code scan to order however, not here, I leave without got anything and won't arrive here again.

Few choices (everything is unavailable) and the meals is bland. The most severe part is, the supervisor is giving an enormous poor vibe. I don't keep in mind her title. Reny or something. I possibly could see the encounter of the employees is scared to actually ask her queries cos she will provide them with the (whatchu lookin at me fo?) That kinda stare and incredibly rude. Idk how she grew to become the manager. I'd not advocate this outlet.

Poor support. Bought chocolate moist cake for my daughter's birthday celebration but the cake come out so dried out n have crumbles. Significantly secret recipe no more maintaining their high quality. We can progress quality cake from regular bakerys. Feel very dissatisfied.
