For many years, people had to operate a vehicle completely to a little town known as Tanjong Tualang to take pleasure from the freshwater prawns along with other dishes there. But lately, just after my hubby experienced talked longingly of the wonderful charsiew he utilized to obtain from the well-knownOverseas Cafe in KL, we find out about the chef from there signing up for a branch of a Tanjong Tualang Eating place create near us in Falim. Delighted, we proceeded to go there to taste the meals. The restaurant appeared grand and expensive from the exterior, putting off some individuals who were afraid to cover the high prices expected from such opulent environment. But we were very happy to find that costs were not as costly as feared. The roast pork and char siew had been certainly good. Also top-course has been their signature dish of pork trotters braised with ligaments within an appetising darkish sauce. The typical of cooking was certainly high. At lunchtime, complimentary soup was served, aswell a sa excellent taufufah as dessert. We've been back there often, bringing various close friends, who subsequently brought their own families and friends aswell. A fascinating feature is their takeaway counter at lunchtime, rice with poultry or roast pork or char siew, for rm 5 or rm6, with a packet of herbal beverage included.

For weekday lunches, soup is provided FOC, in addition to a well-produced beancurd dessert by the end. A voucher is provided for a 10% off at another visit provided it really is within one month. One can also purchase "tar pau" (takeaway) foods at aspecial counter outdoors. Chicken with rice reaches rm5 while rice with char siew or roast pork expenses a little more. A big packet of chilled organic beverage (lor hon kor or Buddha fruit) is paid FOC. Assistance is maintained, with the employees always getting cordial and helpful

Went with several friends for dinner. Everyone agreed that the meals was above average however it was cheap at all. Atmosphere and program both good.a definite dish I love to recommend is Peking Duck. At 78 ringgit you can't complain. Youneed to purchase one day ahead because of this. They wished to serve us prepared covered which we refused, for this might take the fun section of wrapping your very own. Overall a satisfied meal.

Went for supper there tonight wif loved ones, 6 adults & a little kid hence we choose 5pax set menus + another ala carte Thai design fried pork knuckle rather than the 10pax place menus which we couldn't really surface finish anyway. Services had been coldfrom the captains because they pay more focus on those high investing tables. The most severe is they didn't also bother to inform you until we inquired them to assist our desserts that is contained in our set menus, that the dessert has gone out of share (finished). They don't really even make an effort to replace the dessert with various other same value products nor they make an effort to say sorry about any of it. A bit dissatisfied making use of their captains' services & mindset but some other staffs are okay.

For chinese new yr 2020, a takeaway of the duck, char siew and siew yoke were preordered. The product packaging was ok nevertheless the portions where shocking for Ipoh requirements. Char siew had been rm68, siew yoke has been rm48, duck had been rm68. The portions were only forlike three or four 4 pax. Rip off portioning thus advisavle to remain away. It was opened up for CNY and noticeably much less people at the eating place. Are you aware that food quality it had been ok and nothing at all to shout about. End up being warned.... Kong hee fatt choy.
