The worst lunch time experience ever. The employees are RUDE and also have no customer support knowledge aswell. I was ordering meals for my driver even though I was speaking with the waiter, he simply switched and walked off for attending a family group that walked in. WHILE I Had been IN MID SENTENCE. When I pointed it out to another waiter, no apology, absolutely nothing. Just proceeded to consider our orders and depart. Foods was horrible. The poultry briyani, that was RM24, still left me with a torn lip because of too much MSG. The Dhall and Bindi Masala had been ridiculous. Meals that found RM143 but was undoubtedly the worst we've ever endured. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN.

Pakeeza doesn't have JAKIM Halal qualification and the personnel is non muslim. How do they state this restautant will be Halal? The duty supervisor can't verify where they supply meat, mutton and poultry. Can pakeeza official react to this. Tq.

I don't think it is possible to improve mindset. I was so dissatisfied with the services and rude waiters. I got a friend from abroad with me and I have no idea what he'd have considered Malaysian hospitality. I'll NEVER suggest this spot to anyone anumore
