This nice and clean restaurant serves an above average curry mee. If you ask me, why it had been not great was as the curry is fairly mild rather than spicy enough (despite incorporating in the side bowl of sambal) and the fragrance of the curry soup alsoon the slight side.

If you are sick and tired of queuing and spending money on over-priced food in Ipoh then Curry Keng may be the place you may enjoy patronizing. The meals is excellent if you want Curry Laksa. The specific pork lard rice rocks ! for people who usually do not mindindulging in sinful but tasty foods that's unique. You won't discover the special rice somewhere else in Malaysia (so far as I understand). The dog owner is friendly as well. I really like it that he ensured the bathroom . is above average in comparison to most espresso shop's toilet which are often dirty. Love he is not really shy to inform smoking clients that no smoking will be allowed in the store. Price is reasonable rather than overly costed like those tourist trap stores in Ipoh. On top of that, you don't need to queue like insane to consume good food.

The boss service is good. The meals being served is tasty specifically the pork lard rice is really a must-try-dish in the event that you happened to go to here and don’t brain raised chlesterol food. Clean atmosphere. The price could be slightly above typical but with the fine tasteit’s still worthy of a try.

The curry noodle is among the tastiest in Ipoh. Traditional Rice rocks !, the prodigal "zhu yau zha rice"(lard combine rice) is situated in Curry Keng Restaurant. Good customer support by friendly boss. Strongly recommended!!!

First of just about all, the great flavor of curry noodles, not merely dry but soup kind is excellent too! The curry isn't as well spicy but flavourful with correct amount of meat. There is also chicken hor enjoyable for the youngsters and conventional fried lard ricefor that my grandparents like a lot. Not really to your investment gui lin whilte espresso, the thick espresso "gao" with bitter gui lin organic jelly, that is clearly a better combination compared to the well-known bobba tea (my estimation). As a mummy, cleanliness is essential, from front to back again, the place is clear and spacious. Great assistance, the boss Mr. Tony is really a helpful and type person, we often see him handed older persons to their seat also to their vehicle after meal. His spouse and son too, generally serve with endurance and smile on encounter. This can be a must visit location whenever we have possibility to maintain Ipoh. Thumbs up!

Among the best curry noodles around. The shops can be child friendly making use of their delicious chicken floss hor fun. Elderly like their pork lard rice a whole lot. Don’t overlook to purchase the ‘guilin jelly whitened coffee’ - best combos! The shop proprietor MRTony & family are helpful and helpful. He care for customers perfectly especially elderly who want support. The surroundings is spacious and clear. Thumbs up!

Returned to my hometown for Ipoh and my partner wanted to try Ipoh curry mee(noodles) understanding that Ipoh is really a food heaven. Attained Curry Keng and had been greeted with a large grin through Mr. Tony Looi(proprietor and ex nationwide swimmer). He wasso comforting and wonderful. He informed us his menus and questioned us to use his recommendation when i took the dried out curry noodles while my partner took the standard curry noodles. We actually took his homemade seafood balls. When the foods arrived, I got a sip of its curry and oh my god it had been so tasty. The noodles were prepared to perfection with the proper portion and it really was tasty. I am not just a fish ball lover but when I attempted their seafood balls, I grew to become a enthusiast. We completed up our meals without leaving an individual drop of curry inside our bowls and Tony has been so delighted to view it. Price was thus cheap and the complete shop is clean still the toilets. The staffs had been super friendly and services was 10/10. I'd definitely go back again once again before leaving back again to KL. We recommend everyone to use this location and put this location into your meal bucket checklist in Ipoh. Tony and his staffs are usually an incredible bunch of people. Done well guys 👏🏻👏🏻
