    Absolutely disappointing. The meals is certainly not worth the purchase price. Even it doesn't say much concerning the quality of the meals. We ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and the cappuccino. The meals took quite a long time (around 30 minutes) to come quickly to thetable. When it lastly came to the desk, I don't believe I've actually felt this dissatisfied seeing foods in my life. Firstly, so how exactly does one serve Eggs Benedict Minus the hollandaise sauce? I experienced to actually scrape whatever's still left of the sauce from the plate to use it. However, I couldn't flavor the sauce. Second of all, isn't Eggs Benedict said to be served with poached eggs? What I acquired were fifty percent boiled to three one fourth boiled eggs offered on two little slices of soggy loaf of bread (I doubt there have been even toasted). All in most, I believe I received the plate with two bits of smoked salmon with 2 three one fourth boiled eggs along with two small, soggy bits of bread with the side of salad that was as well sour for my liking. With regards to the coffee, it had been so-so at best. There wasn't an especially strong taste of espresso, plus it was offered with a bit of cookie that i personally found to become a tad awkward. The espresso was most likely the least disappointing section of my experience here. I would provide a zero ranking, but website forces users to provide at the very least a one superstar rating. So how exactly does this place continue steadily to operate for company for this long is actually beyond me.

    The staffs listed below are dumb ( like seriously ) . Known as them up concerning the groupon deal . They state ' we obtained it' and also ask me to produce a reservation. Therefore i brought the offer. Came completely from KL with buddy.Reached there , say the not applicable and We was in the shedding position once they knew they produced a blunder. They will offer you a bad time I swear.

I had been back Ipoh for the longer weekend and considered offering this hyped up (with famous brands Ben's eateriesin KL) cafe a go. MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED. 1. ONLY 1 staff understood and could converse in English. The others of these? They either replied in Chinese or Cantonese with ZERO try to focus on the customers' needs. 2. We questioned for a menus but was informed that its self services. We waited by the counter for the menus to appear. The personnel themselves didn't understand where their menus went. Just what a let down operating quality! Is this the way the BIG group functions? I really believe we pay assistance charge for grounds - not forgetting with GST charged onto it as it is really a SUPPLY. 3. Foods took FOREVER to end up being served. We'd to consider the initiative to check out up on our purchase. I was THIS near walking in to the kitchen and gather my own food. 4. Food was SERVED Cool. Pizza, nice potato fries, fried poultry pieces - THESE WERE ALL COLD. 5. As if bad service wasn't poor enough, I inquired for chilli sauce in one of the non-English talking employees and she pointed a finger towards the table where all of the sauces had been at and walked off. There is NO CHILLI SAUCE, just tabasco sauce. Would go to present that I did so my homework before approaching her. Fortunately for that certain English-speaking staff who after that brought correct chilli sauce to your table. 6. This comment will be directed for the business enterprise operations. There's TERRIBLE internal handles in your functions. The orders for a few tables weren't recorded in one's body. Once the customer proceeds to cover at the counter (personal service ma..), you inform them that the program will not show their purchase and requested them what they purchased. There are far better and nicer areas to chill and hangout at in Ipoh.

    I thought the seafood and chips were much too salty, and also the fries. I requested my family who furthermore ordered the seafood and chips plus they agreed. But this may because we don't consume as salty as certain/nearly all people would. Upon departing,I told a man who's probably the supervisor/boss because he wasn't putting on a uniform about my ideas for the meals, just attempting to provide some suggestions, but was amazed to get from him a defending stance that no salt had been put into the dish and that that's how seafood and chips likely to flavor. I feel this is rude as my purpose has been out of kindness and almost nothing. I hope they figure out how to appreciate comments from customers but I don't believe I'd step into this eating place that doesn't appear to welcome me.
