    自创的酱式“鱼香”（九层塔）河粉、“鱼香”炒米粉、菜脯蛋花河粉等小食打响名堂，成为人气美食。许志明研发多种“许式”炒粉，再沿用传统炭火爆炒面食，细嚼品尝之际散发一股令人怀念的古早火烟味，伴随着九层塔香味渗入舌头的味蕾，当中好滋味令人回味无穷。九层塔有种特殊香气，与面食同时入口有股清甜冰凉的味感，略带越式风味，为面食加分不少。然而，甜菜脯搭配略带咸味的面食，不仅中和咸甜之味，每口充满了“咸、鲜、甜、“的多层次口感弥漫在味蕾中，别有一番好滋味。一碟炒粉好吃与否，除了火候十足，辣椒酱也是重要的因素，吃炒粉缺少蘸点辣椒酱，味道就会欠佳。“咸香辣的‘马来盏’（峇拉煎，Belacan）是亚洲人的最爱调味料，也是炒粉的‘提味好手’，对于爱吃辣或不食辣的食客而言，峇拉煎搭配炒粉一同食用的好滋味魅力无法挡。味之家安邦炭炒粉除了提供美味可口的面食，也备有多种酸甜的特色特式小食，如香辣啦啦和泰式海蜇、泰式芒果丝等。
