Have to improve service. Employees dnt learn how to communicate among themselves/telephone when customers around. Basically using vulgar/unhealthy phrases. Nowadays wall plug kinda smelly. Nearly 5-6 mths im buying there, outlet doorway never ever been repaired. Im simply wondering how do operate pizzahut with poor service/upkeep /cleanliness in a hectic region? Tarnishing Pizza hut picture only. @pizzahutmalaysia

Worst customer support ever as of this branch... Extremely rude and unfriendly cashier (Indian woman).. not worth 1 superstar... She felt impatient whenever we took orders, actually we didn't took enough time ordering the meals. Also... Double regular... I asked properly for a plastic handbag, she answered back "30 cents!" in the rude manner... another consumer asked for plastic handbag, she provided him without requesting money... Then i checked the evaluation on Google... And discovered I'm not really the only person that discover the service lousy..!!
