Just what a surprise. This place are hidden in Gopeng small town. Recommended by Mr Ooi a pal owner of MyGopeng. Hungry and just go there. Very oldish boutique outlook. Once inside staff welcome us. Ordered mix platter and fried rice salted egg, cockles. Drink cucumbersour sop. Nice mix of food. However the environment is actually nice. They will have open area and indoor.

Stepping into Gopeng Antique Kopitiam is similar to stepping back to the 1920s. The layout is similar to a mini village with indoor and outdoor seatings of antique-looking tables and chairs and something of the "homes" resembles a mini museum. We arrived for supper at 6pm andour outdoor seating was pleasantly comfortable and cool (the complete place has industrial-like fans). For cooler options, there's an air-conditioned "home". For the adventurous, you can also dine within an old bus! What really stood out concerning this place may be the many locations it is possible to pick to possess your meal - upstairs, ground floor, indoors, outdoors, indoor with fans, indoor with air-con, open outdoor, outdoor in a pavilion, etc. and yes, in a bus. Fascinating! Plus they have an equally extensive menu of Asian and Western food. But here's where in fact the fascination ends. We'd the curry fish head (watery and sweet, lacks zing!) stir-fried vegetables, chicken spaghetti bolognese (too salty and skimps on chicken and cheese) and mushroom soup (taste like Campbell's). My chrysanthemum drink was too sweet. Your day before, hubby tried the chicken chop and fried kuew teow. Both, he said, were forgettable. In a nutshell, this is actually the kind of place I'd be inclined to create visitors/tourists to Should they improve on the food quality. So for the present time, I will not be returning any time in the future.

Excellent vintage atmosphere and worth visiting for a few photos. The food alternatively is just normal. The main one I came across good was the smoked duck, salmon and sausage. Prices are reasonable and parking is simple to find.

We only dropped by for a bite. Ordered a meat platter. Loved the decor of the place but there have been mozzies attacking me!!! The cooks are teenagers. Nice to see them attempting to get this to place work in a little town like Gopeng.

They will have western and Asian dishes. Two different kitchen for every cuisines. Should just adhere to Asian dishes as no-one will order western food. Understanding that everyone orders Asian cuisine, should convert their western kitchen to a Asian kitchen so you don't tellyour customers you need to order western food because Asian kitchen is full...

Relaxing enjoying a sit down elsewhere as of this cafe. Beautiful create and Antique style with wooden structure. Additionally, there are western food serve a night ( 5pm onward) nearby of the cafe. The lighting and surrounding was nice except some mosquito after 7pm. Ok no complaint as my kids such as the fun and unique design of the cafe and surrounding
