Just ordered a variety of items from Sakae Sushi to be delivered simply by GrabFood. My very first mistake had not been to seek advice from website and browse the reviews of the restaurant prior to trying it out. My foods arrived promptly and the delivery individual was a niceguy, however the meals platter was chaos with products tossed all around the insides of the container getting not been packaged correctly for transportation via motorbike. Delivery problems aside, the meals was average at greatest in addition to being expensive. I acquired a 50% discount with a GrabFood promotion, nonetheless it was nevertheless overpriced for the product quality and amount of foods. The sushi had been awful and the sashimi had not been fresh and hard. To increase their profit percentage they certainly use inferior quality components and bulk up the platter with crab sticks and edamame with some type of mayonnaise distribute over what appeared like everything. I got a miso soup bowl as a aspect also it was not greater than a glass in quantity and tasted bland. I don’t even desire to attempt the smoked duck appetizer I purchased. Given the countless, many complaints concerning this eating place on website, I'm surprised this restaurant continues to be operating or at the very least tried to earnestly lift their video game. From my experience nowadays, it would appear that they just can't be bothered to react to criticism as long as customers are ready to pay best shelf charges for bottom shelf food high quality.

We went for the very first time in this cafe last June.Staff are usually nice and attentive. Good place and cossy. It is possible to order meals through on the internet at the restaurant. A very important factor get this to place interesting if you ask me and my children is that they function Kid's mealwhich they assist in a car kind of dish plate which ideal for child and my daughter think it’s great so much. A bit delay on helping our foods order as there have been many customer in those days and me and my children understand that. The decision of sushi not really that much actually. In addition they sell few merchandise. The purchase price is inexpensive in the typical of Japanese meals in Malaysia. General, this restaurant is good and ideal for a family.

After a very long journey we popped into Sakae Sushi and had an extremely nice sushi for an acceptable price. The waiters had been very helpful. The area itself is nothing unique.

Usually enjoy their bento units which time had to be able to dive to their tempuras that was perfectly sharp and nowhere close to greasy..an extremely enjoyable meal!

Lunch right here on Saturday inside the feeling of sushi. The sushi had been restricted on the sushi belt and staffs (front side and kitchen) weren't attentive or alert. There is a kitchen employees playing cellular phone, while waiters had been looking so boring and bored. My orderedsushi rolls had been badly made: various sizes, ebiko has been unevenly coated rather than nicely offered. 100 ringgit for just two 2 persons had not been spent well. Not really recommended.

Came in at 3pm, empty with just 3 tables occupied. Ordered Saba & Fried Octopus but required nearly 40 mins to arrived after getting reminding Sam & 2 other waiting personnel. Sam rudely replied might take a while to grill & we courteously trusted hiswords but can a 40 moments wait suitable, Mr Douglas Foo? A good simple Chawanmushi took nearly 30 mins to become on our desk, isnt this ridiculous? I informed Sam, the manager, that actually good kind polite clients they are able to transformed us to turn out to be nasty & monstrous if like services, such bad support attitude & such ridiculous selection of haughty terms uttered to customers. Will be this what Mr Douglas Foo wished to observe their Tanjong Tokong Sakae Sushi considered be, horrible & awful? Not merely the fried octopus emerged so late, these were dark brownish as if the oil used has been recycled often over. We requested for the reddish plate child octopus & it took 20 mins to be offered, we had been shocked!!! Hence, rather than having a continuing flow of meals one after another, we'd to stop for an extended 10 minutes intermittently many times. Is this the idea or concept Mr Douglas Foo preferred his clients to dine in his trustworthy chains? I reckon these personnel specifically Sam, John, one man waiter working & especially your kitchen team & helpers. We're able to forgive Jia Yun bcos she actually is fresh & naive to numerous flaws she made however, not those seniors that are simply enjoying punk when bosses aren't around & monkeying around in the premise. By the end of your day, after giving constructive feedbacks of how slow & delayed the laundry were served despite a clear hall, he was spewing lame excuses to cover the chef & kitchen area team. I really believe Mr Douglas Foo had been to learn my review, he'll certainly ensure this entire team (from front side to kitchen) must be reprimanded or sacked for like poor taste solutions rendered to his faithful customers. I have backed Mr Douglas Foo since 1997 in Raffles Place for a lot more than 18 many years while surviving in Singapore in nearly every branch in the island & right now in Penang, it certainly sucks to be offered with such pathetic couple of disrespect & lousy operating attitude.

Went there with category of 12, was told that people have to be seated inside 2 separate tables next to the conveyor belt. Requested to sit down at 3 tables for the convenience but the younger chap in the eating place kept saying we ought to sit in 2tables just. This is regardless of the shop nevertheless have plenty of free tables. Nicely, Perhaps we had a selection therefore bye bye. Please evaluation ur staff’s service.

The worst Japanese food ever endured. Tasteless rather than fresh at all specifically the salmon sashimi, tempura. Don't waste your cash with this outlet. Rubbish.
