So right now there aren't many or i doubt if any common Vietnamese food invest penang. I state that considering that people mostly aren't looking to great dine or pay out a whole lot. Ngon cafe also is actually on the like laneand round the chulia road backpacker corner that is very lively and buzzing with vacationers. I've spent considerable time in Vietnam. Hardly ever really fair to review the taste of items that way however, many dishes here were great although some weren't much to speak about. I compose this after what may have been my 3rd meal right here and also a takeaway. But a good place to consume. A tad pricey nonetheless it is really a cafe and an excellent change of flavor if you discover urself fed up with the chinese food.
