You might pass right because of it, but we stopped in Mona Liza for lunch time a couple of days ago also it was delicious! My boyfriend experienced the green curry poultry and I got the poultry noodle dish and both had been outstanding. We Recommend this placefor an excellent lunch and excellent, authenticate, spicy food!

This is a fascinating place. This is a very easy, little bar however the atmosphere is great. I usually go here when planing a trip to Penang. Friendly staff, reasonably priced either and great location.

We came here two times, mainly to get a beer and relaxation for some time and make an effort to escape heat. We in no way ate right here but we loved our expertise here. The owner/supervisor was a good old man who held nodding off to rest but alwaysseemed to learn when you needed another beer. We sat out leading and watched the constant stream of individuals, cats and bikes move past.

The hole in the walls, on Chulia, simply up from Like Lane. I came right here because I have been told it has been among the original eateries as of this place. I was amazed to get the place nearly empty, while all of the neighbours had been prettymuch complete. The menu was really predictable, and very boring. I wasn’t starving, so I ordered a glass or two and some of Loh Bak, (Nyonya design spiced pork covered in bean curd sheet and strong fried). The rolls had been tasty, if a little bit greasy. The employees were excellent, friendly and attentive. Probably I just emerged on an off night time, or maybe they have to reinvent their menus and style, to maintain making use of their busy neighbours.

We constantly come here when going to Penang. Owners have already been here over 50 years. Lovely little spot to have a frosty beer and satisfy travellers. Very hospitable owners. Nothing at all pretentious. Good foods and clean facilities. Should come again.

Nice cafe about Chulia street. Reasonable costs. Noodles with pork Rm 11 and a little Stout (rm, so 20 Rm altogether. The noodles were quite tasty. Service was quick and friendly. There's free of charge wifi.

We tried there the poultry chop pepper sauce with veggies (20 rm), bit disappointed because We believed that it had been breaded chicken but We didn’t ask sufficiently about any of it before, my error. If you want boiled vegetables and great meat with sauce, you'll enjoyit. French fries are usually real ones, nothing like Mac donald’s types even though there are few like in the majority of the areas in Asia as there you aren't in European countries, in the potato nation. I discovered the area in 2019 and We only went onetime because it isn't the type of food We prefere however, many people want it a lot should they miss their food It is a vintage popular quaint invest Penang. It had been opened a long time ago. (there is only that food invest the street a long time ago while nowadays you can find so many eateries). It is a vintage friendly family business location managed by a mature guy. There is nobody when I proceeded to go there nonetheless it was early in fact it is even more an evening place. It is possible to eat outside on very comfortable wooden chair facing the noisy road or inside. It really is relaxing to start to see the planet proceed by in the pub before you. Vocals. No luxury just simple but comfortable chair. The drinks are very expensive when compared to cheap nightshop in exactly the same street but it is really a bar where you sit. Regarding the meals, let’s say it really is more Western foods but they also work Malaysian dishes,Western meals is more expensive I didn’t check out the toilets however the place appeared to be clear and the meals was fresh. Food volume was good Service was great, careful, friendly with waitress and waiter arriving at ask you if it isgood. The service usually takes a little time however the food will probably be worth it once you miss this type of dish
