From talking with locals along with other tourists, you'll either really like the flavours of the laksa here, or you'll just think it really is so so. [Probably it depends on what much laksa you possess actually eaten!!] Therefore I would recommend which you goand give it a try for yourself! We tried all 3 laksas (Nyonya, Asam and mixed). We ordered springtime rolls 1 day, and fried bananas another. We furthermore ordered some additional crackers as well. At RM1, this is a bargain. The majority of the prices are actually reasonable actually. A plate of laksa won't also cost you RM10. That's like 2 euros!! On both occasions we went, there have been just a few people in the cafe, but this is because of the RMCO making nearly all places quiet. Which means atmosphere wasn't completely excellent but we didn't brain. On the second event, the lad functioning there desired us to sit down up in the cafe, but there is absolutely no windowpane there and the area was empty, therefore we asked to return downstairs and sit close to the window. Personally i think that especially at the same time like this, it is important to support the dining places in Georgetown. Having less tourists at this time is making items dire. Laksalicious really depends on the fantastic rating at website (very much deserved), and I certainly believe that it is what will help enhance their business. Therefore please go and assistance in case you are ever in your community!

Cozy place with hot service, Asam laksa is definitely tasty with a prawn cracker rather than needed to await very long time to serve. Worthy of visiting.

Pleasant restaurant with helpful staff. Good food properly introduced... the prawn fritters cucur udang and the sago gula Melaka dessert had been very well ready. Would recommend this eating place to others searching for local meals in a quiet clear restaurant

What a discovery for all those looking for Laksa along with other local delicacies. Loved the prawn fritters (cucur udang) and the laksa hits the tag! We also attempted the cempedak goreng as suggested, also it was just lovely.. :)

We ordered laksa assam (basah) & laksa lemak and also cucur udang (prawn fritters) and bankuan springtime rolls. Awesomely tasty. The elements seemed fresher than maybe any laksa we've actually tasted before. The range (assam, lemak, blended) in a single venue ispretty unique. Furthermore, the owner and personnel were very useful to help my partner straighten out what she should and shouldn't try in lighting of her gluten sensitivity. We recommend this place.

If you would like true authentic Malaysian design food at an excellent price, definitely try out this place. We'd the Nyonya Assam Laksa (a seafood based noodle broth design dish) and the Nyonya Laksa lemak (a coconut, lemongrass and ginger design dish) that you could specifythe kind of noodle you wished and both had been exquisitely seasoned. They perform really interesting and various drinks to. Essential try!

Grossly overrated place. This is our first meal directly after we landed in Penang. Just typical Assam Laksa nothing excellent, tasted substandard. Can be skipped. Saw few tourist , not just a single local there as opposed to other good restaurants. Owner has been friendly n nice. Overpriced andoverrated.
