I used to go to Taiwan a great deal in my own previous jobs. In another of my appointments, my Taiwanese buddy Joseph introduced me to Taiwan shabu-shabu place where clients reach enjoy free-circulation salad and minced-pork rice. That minced-pork rice has been so excellent that Iremember it for several years. Right now since Kochabi Taiwan Cuisine is well-known for their minced-pork rice, we made a decision to try the place. We ordered 2 acts of minced-pork rice, the deep-fried squid (meal is actually small), and a veggie dish. The minced-pork rice served here was good however, not as effective as what I had in Taiwan: (1)ordinary rice can be used instead of high-high quality Taiwan short grain rice, and (2) the minced-pork combine is overly-dependent on the fermented-tofu gravy rather than enough pork-lard oil. I recall the Taiwan Hsinchu edition have items of crispy fried pork lard, minced pork, and quail eggs.
