Very good food disappointed a bit simply by sloppy service. For Penang just a little on the expensive aspect, but worthwhile. RM 187 for just two mains/starters, a Guiness and soda.

Hosting some friends through Australia whom I understood would love a good Japanese dinner- I had been recommended in order to Kirishima, with a phrase of caution--Food will be greta there Yet..am not sure should they have meals for vegetarians. Properly the focus getting my guest I informed myself,its Okay,,I'll simply sign up for them for a glass or two if no vegetarian foods was accessible. And walla!!! the Captain herself emerged forth and stated -no worries Maam we shall fix something fine for you---would Tofu end up being okay. I mentioned Yes and I got a nice simple dinner of Tofu and rice with a good green tea extract and a green tea extract ice lotion as desert. So when for my close friends they said they liked the meals and were pleased with what that they had ordered!

We were a celebration of 25, for lunch time, the assistance was super and the meals was to die for, everyone ordered different starters and mains, many ordered sushi also it actually was terrific, the program was really friendly and great, nothing at all was an excessive amount of trouble,this eating place is a superb choice

Foods were enjoyable and fresh... we've our own area for the gathering hence an excellent place to meet up with good food. Cannot rate excellent when i class this place simply because over priced knowing other people great authentic Japanese Cuisine with great foods with morecompetitive pricing.

Kirishima is really a Japanese store which operates inside Cititel Hotel, Penang. it's the best location to choose some delicious Japanese meals. The restaurant offers set meals that may cater for a big group of people. We have been really enjoying the meals theyserve.

Kirishima is among the well-established Japanese restaurants inside Penang It has been 24 months since i have last visited, for obvious cause. We (3 pax) made a decision to dine here impromptu on the weekday & we were lucky to obtain a table without reservation. We ordered: : soba with prawn tempura : katsu don : kani lotion karokke (crab meats croqutte) : nabeyaki udon : prawn tempura : 2 yaki tori : yuzu ice lotion & maccha tiramisu : 2 yogurt drink the food continues to be overall authentic, delicious & there is absolutely no compromise to create them localize version. thumb through to this effort!! the one thing we disliked was the macho tiramisu because the texture was quite dry the service was normal but serving speed was poor, it might due to understaff. the 3 main meals were served time component specifically the katsu don had been served 15 mins from the very first major dish. My nephew has been virtually watching us eat! it was a standard decent dinner experience, however the cost is on the superior side. am i going to be back ? Indeed, but most likely not too often !
