I have already been frequenting this Mee Goreng stall more than years and considered myself the loyal and fervent consumer of it. Each time I visited Penang, it had been always the must-consume hawker food in my own list. However, this might be most likely the last period Ivisited this eatery. A new young Indian man is definitely frying the noodles today and the grade of this signature dish offers deteriorated tremendously. The fried noodles, lumpy and wet, has been as salty as ocean drinking water. It lacked the aroma and flavor that it utilized to possess and I in fact felt "tortured" completing the whole plate. Bye bye CRC Mee Goreng!

That is an outdoor/under a canopy Chinese restaurant. I went right here with friends who reside in Penang and the supper was tasty and the service excellent (my buddies knew the dog owner). I'd definitely go back. In case you are in your community, I wouldrecommend offering it a go.

Only went right now there for dinner Zi char (Chinese meals) was excellent; esp the fried tofu with eggplant, claypot seafood with yam The mee goreng stall closes at about 6pm so need to order a little early. They don't really use colouring so that it looks ratherbland however the smell tells another story and I had been compelled to order a little part to try. It really is something that shouldn't be missed at the very least.

It is an alternative solution nearby kopitiam located really near the J Part kopitiam that is usually extremely crowded on weekends. Furthermore simply behind Giant Supermarket in Burmah Rd. I arrive right here some Saturday mornings for breakfast /brunch then check out Giant Supermarket close by for myweekly groceries buying. There is ample car parking inside Giant /Penang Plaza carpark, this kopitiam is situated about 100metres behind it. Uncle Sam's nasi lemak is quite great, and koay teow soup isn't poor. The mee basah -I possess tasted it before- it had been ok however, not memorable. The night choo char ( ala carte Chinese dishes) is fairly excellent-cheap, tasty and assistance has been courteous. The kopitiam's benefit is its central area, spacious and relaxed desk layout, and its own nearby sufficient parking at Penang Plaza.

This coffee shop is merely later on from my place therefore i go frequently for the Choo Char at night, very rarely daytimes. Evening meals is definitely been good, sometimes much less great a selection as complete restaurants but generally welldone and good foods at decent prices.
