That is my 2nd time stay n this Jen Shangri la Resort Penang Georgetown. Front table staff was pleasant and good in the Hindu tradional fabric which shock me & my husband or wife. The area was excellent clean we'd a king-size bed. Food portion huge and tasty. Coffee home staffs day & evening were excellent and helpful.For my next visit to Penang I'll still get back to this hotel again.

Stayed within September 2022 for function.Old developing updated with contemporary decoration… except basement carpark… it really is even now without elevator access. You need to lug your luggage up one degree to access lobby. Best to fall luggage at lobby before generating down to carpark.Area wise nothing at all to complain. Place is ideal to stroll around in Georgetown. Best close to a mall - with a basement grocer.

i'll rate my stay static in this hotel quite unpleasant. booked a family group room in line with the images advertised on the area dimension for a family group of 4 but finished in a standard room. felt like surviving in a pigeon hole.
