You will discover the Chin Noay on the 3rd floor atrium B in the Prangin Mall . It's rather a small noisy & “shouty” but it’s all area of the environment! It’s a family group run business & the meals is authentic hawker foods.Ideal for a lunchtime treat. We’ve been choosing some years & it’s usually full of locals that is always a good signal. Give it a try you won’t be dissatisfied & the staff are constantly helpful & friendly. 🍜
