Being mounted on the Neo Hotel it has regular clients. I've not really seen it packed if you want someplace go get a meal out from the heat that is worth a try. The service was friendly, however when I was there a bitconfusing because of brand new staff that hadn't been trained, eg these were insistent they didn't sell wine despite it being on the menu. An excellent menu and ice-cream selection, plus selection of hot and cold beverages.

Nice spot to just chill more than drinks as it is normally not too packed. Been right here several times before...chef's suggestions will always be good (electronic.g. kamikaze poultry & lamb shank). Ordered a few meals (pizza & mamak mee) out of these regular menubefore aswell. I'd stick to the chef's recommendations later on. Pricing-wise comparable with a great many other cafes in Penang.

This cafe is wonderful for relax sessions with family and friends. Very quiet region and there's live songs on weekends.
