Arrived to get the restaurant empty plus staff doing nothing therefore service was instead attentive. The two 2 pizza's we purchased were most likely the best we have actually encountered at a Pizza Hut. These were delightful, a lot of filling and delicious. The only downside had been therewere no chips accessible...how strange is that. The non alcohol beverages menu is filled with great choices aswell.

Visited Pizza Hut these days also it was very calm whenever we arrived. We purchased pizza and six poultry wings. Four poultry wings arrived and I pointed this out there to the “waitress “. Rather than saying sorry for the mistake I'll get another 2 chickenwings for you she simply waved her hand at me and walked away from to the kitchen. Then I viewed to your kitchen area and the waitress and the chef were considering our desk and pointing. This is rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Whenever we were finished I asked to talk with the manager concerning this. Not significantly of a reply from her and she has been just smiling such as she found the complete incident amusing. Considering Pizza Hut is really a chain I'd presume they will have adequate customer support training . Not really at Genting Highlands. I would never go back to eat here even though it was free. The pizza tasted ok to become fair however the professionalism of the employees or none professionalism I will say left an extremely sour flavor in my mouth. They tried to include something charge to my bill, I flat out refused to cover this. I am not likely to pay out to be insulted. Think twice travellers. Await your pizza fix
