Service sucks, both personnel having their breakfast as well as customer calling for providers. They don't really wash their fingers before serving the client. Quite disgusting. No smile or early morning greeting. The fried rice is certainly tasteless. Not really worth my second vacation there. I am certain Nanyang Kopitiam don't teach their franchisee in this manner.

Bad and slow assistance. Staff very unfriendly. Significantly main campak je menus and order form. Should train and enhance your staff with regards to customer service. Even though you had a negative day you don't need to spread your poor vibes to customers.

the eating place is changed title to Aladdin kitchen cafe. Food overvalued. coffee or tea set you back Rm5.5 onward. half boiled egg we purchased is too raw and have to change, however the supervisor replied "cannot" and mentioned it is standard.
