Provided the locality, the bar using its finer styles should attract a lot more of the neighbourhood. Nevertheless, despite having Hoegaarten on tap and draught costs around RM17.90, the area does not have any vibes. Blame it on the lacking Happy Hrs, only Gappy hrs are left. Sufficient reason for NO GUINNESS !!! nothing great should come out of this.
