Probably the most terrible KFC I experience. Better don't call junk food, call slow food the next time. Order breakfast a lot more than 30min without cust waiting infront my number, food arrive not hot somemore cold.staff not efficient coz not monitor cust order. Then remove the device.no point.

Very bad service.. Queued for drive thru for nearly 40 minutes, once reached at order station was told have to go inside to order.. What nonsense, could've closed the drive thru lane or sent an employee informing us earlier
