Servis amat mengecewakan. Saya ingin dine in untuk 4 orang termasuk isteri yang tengah sarat mengandung. Apabila saya ingin memilih tempat duduk yang bersofa disebabkan inginkan keselesaan untuk isteri yang tengah sarat, salah seorang sales advisor datang & menghalang kami daripada duduk di situ dengan alasan tempat itu untuk 6 individual sedangkan waktu itu pelanggan yang ada di dalam premis tidak sampai separuh daripada tempat duduk yang ada. Lagipun masih banyak tempat duduk 6 individual yang belum diduduki oleh pelanggan. Kebanyakan tempat duduk untuk 4 individual pula sudah diduduki oleh pasangan yang berdua sahaja bukannya berempat seperti yang dimaklumkan kepada kami.

Food is good and fast. All of the waiters are great aside from one girl. She actually is not really polite and a little rude. She request us to keep early simply so others might have our table.

The chicken is too dry and doesn’t taste great. Aspect dish - Mediterranean rice are usually overcooked with water and requested to improve to another one the waiter give poor attitude while serving the brand new sets of rice. I’m creating this because I myself a Nando’s lover but hardly taste something similar to this before. I am hoping they do continue on the standards and enhance on the customer service.
