I held a wedding supper at Moon Palace Cheras Sentral eating place about Sept 2016.But I received an extremely very very bad provider from the employees over there . First of all, they're two wedding dinner held simultaneously (registration are employing thesame entrance )The set up provided by the cafe is terrible. Sign up counter hot, air flow cond not frosty. seating set up messy between two hall. Plus they are doing final minutes meals march in rehearsal following the arriving of guest. The meals they're serving is in chilly condition. I feel quite shamed when getting complaint from the guest. Moreover, we'd hired 2 personnel in control on the beer helping . But then on the function day, the employees who helping the beer is lacking. Ask the staff, they only go check out, this sort of attitude is unacceptable. Probably the most ridiculous is their PA system really terrible. On the function day, they are able to inform that their PA program isn't working and struggling to display our wedding movie. They claimed they are very encounter in handling wedding dinner, but from what i saw is zero experience. Everything have to remind and remind, after that their employees only take action. I strongly advise everyone never to think about this restaurant as their wedding ceremony venue.

We order set supper for 10 pax however the portions are little in comparison to other restaurants, insufficient to fill up our stomachs. The international waitress appears like having difficulty in knowing Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
