Really poor customer support. First of all, they weren't alert when using the order since it is out of share and didnt provide a refund. While looking forward to my purchase they prioritized the individual after me and mentioned because see your face had a big order. Waited for 30 mins simply for 2 beverages and an ice cream.Overall, wish that the staffs are more alert later on.

The tomyam is delicious therefore was the pandan chicken. So much regard for the personnel for individual handedly running the shop from preparing meals and taking orders (properly too).

Pergi amphawa sbb teringin tomyam dia, dulu makan sedap. Siap request increase rice noodles. Pastuuuuu, bila balik, saya tak makan terus sebab tak lapar lagi. So lepas 2 jam kot baru makan. Sekali tengok kuah dia. Macam nearly basi, tak certain lah. But rasa memang therefore wrong. Macam ada believed yang budak tu, dia tuang susu cair kemudian dalam kuah yang mungkin sejuk sebab kuah dia tak rasa panas, suam je and tak sebati gitu. Masa tgh tunggu purchase tu saya nampak dia baru buka susu cair pastu tuang. Dah makan, tak sedap. Memang pelik lah. Kecewa gila. Dah lah teringin, siap minta additional and bayar tau. Pastu, hampeh. Masa purchase, budak laki tu siap cam ngejek geleng kepala sbb saya minta additional. Final2 makan dua suap terus tak lalu. - luahan ibu mengandung

Dulu dtg sini mkn tomyam sedap gile.. skarang mkn tomyam tak rasa tomyam langsung dan tak sedap langsung.. Ayam pandan tak rasa mcm ayam pandan dan tak masak.. bertambah kecewa lpas mkn, perut memulas sakit perut.. apa dh jadi dgn kedai ni?

ayam pandan tak berapa nak masak and flavor really weird. tomyam was previously the one of the greatest but today’s order actually off. tak rasa mcm tomyam at all and the mushroom flavor weird mcm da lama.

Food is okay.Nevertheless the staffs needed even more trained in customer service. It will not price anything to smile, or at the very least, connect politely. My rice dish had been offered without salad leaves - they said the shop had ran from it at 12.20 pm!We went there prior to the lunch rush hrs. The tables are usually sticky and disorderly but general cleanliness is acceptable.

Ordered the Amphawa Signature Established which includes Rice Noodles with Tom Yum Soup and Thai Milk Tea. Their tea isn't too lovely and you will taste the solid milk tea flavour. The tom yum soup actually surprised me since it tasted deliciously tangy and leaves you seeking more. The meals portion size nevertheless is quite small because of its price (RM19.90 excluding shipping fees), and I miss their previous mug design, that was more attractive. I really do like their convenient shipping packaging. Try the meals here if you are wanting a lighting but delicious Thai foods paired with refreshingly iced tea.
