Visited with big band of friends throughout CNY 2014. We occupied the complete cafe as you can find a lot more than 20 adults. My suggestions: 1. Food - acceptable 2. Ambience - Calm and consider cosy, however, not a kid friendly cafe. Staff could keep reminding youto maintain an eyes on your own child once the kids go close to the mini seafood pond; remind one to watch out the youngsters so they usually do not toss anything into the seafood pond. My stage is, the staff must have method our organiser to shut the entry to the pond if that is their big nervous about kids. 3. We were request to cover a RM50 Washing FEES when we requested for the bill. Cause being will be, they washed the cushion before cny plus some children stepped on the chair and dirty it. You can find only significantly less than 5 children inside your home. After some quarrel and debating (we described to fb it and in addition obtain official receipt on washing costs), they pull back again their request whenever we clear the bill. I definitely will not go to this cafe again.

Searched online for afternoon tea, noticed good review articles for here and poor reviews for more well-known places! I had not been disappointed, lovely afternoon tea, good selection of teas available, The staff were extremely friendly and useful- wonderful solution to spend one hour out ofthe crazy Penang Town heat. Highly recommend

Yesterday has been my granddaughter Helene's 3rd Birthday celebration and we thought we would arrived at this ornate cafe. It really is now called Victoria Backyard. The proprietor is quite helpful and went a lot more than additional mile to make not just a 3 year older but those thatcame there happy and individuals were saying we shall hold our next functionality here or we shall bring our close friends for meals here. It is extremely clean and the provider was above 5 superstars. They accommodated with foods that we wished to bring and talk about. They provided all of the platters for the food.
