Pizza hut regional supervisor should check on this specific outlet. Flies within the eating place. Chatty staffs with bad service. Two more desk occupied by malay family members were treated perfectly,we as non-favorable competition have gotten the attention rolls, placing food definately not our reach,unclean cutlery, damaged soup mug,repeatedly phoning for support and intentionally overlooked by the staffs and the listing continues on. The staffs actually need proper coaching on how best to be professionals.

terrible service. just provide cutlery after meals offered and requested. that certain lady staff (manager?) very rude if you ask me and rolled her eye when our eyes fulfill. and often walking from kitchen area to the counter (acah busy?). despite having just 3 clients dining in, they nevertheless successfully smudged our purchase. ordered that 3-person-dinner established but our soup and ice lotion were in no way arrived. when questioned the cashier about any of it, she asked back again "tanya staf tak kenapa tak sampai?" like what? it's in the fixed kot. how do u served 1 product but missed another that in exactly the same arranged? but she type enough to provide us to eliminate those never-arrived purchase. and one more point, their garlic breads and spaghetti bolognese had been damn chilly. hygiene wise, have to be improved, specifically under the table.
