The Sunday buffet lunch time on 31st December 2017 was a significant disappointment. After many years of enjoying actually top quality and wide selection of meals at the cafe, I must say that specifications have actually dropped. The types have been decreased and of theexisting distribute, a large number of products were inedible. Perhaps most obviously was the roast poultry which, unfortunately had been bland to the stage to be tasteless. The panfried ocean bass was furthermore inedible even though the cakes and desserts had been alright, it general really didn't quite appear to the regular that one would anticipate of a buffet distribute that price MYR88.00 net per pax. If this persists, I might in future need to consider other venues.

In 2017 I wrote a scathing review concerning the food high quality there in hope they would make an effort to improve. Nowadays I made a decision to give them another opportunity for their Christmas Time Buffet. I must say i regret to record that standards have got deteriorated to thepoint they might even misrepresent themselves based on the fare that might be served. The other day I requested my niece to reserve chairs for 9 people who have very specific specifications that Christmas Turkey will be served. The cafe staff guaranteed my niece that turkey would be served. Today whenever we went there I has been aghast to discover that turkey wasn’t likely to be offered. The eating place supervisor attemptedto deflect the problem by stating that my niece misunderstood their employees who intended that turkey needed to be ordered individually. Only when i threatened to post an extremely bad evaluation did they try to save the problem by offering to provide turkey for all of us as a takeaway product. Normally I rejected them. About a quarter-hour later they then returned to us with a bowl of turkey but at that time I was as well annoyed to end up being bothered to simply accept their nonsense and informed them so. They attempted to apologise however the damage had recently been done. Now concerning the other fare that has been served....all I could say is that a lot of of what they provided has been cheap food rather than at all worthy of the purchase price we paid. To best it off, also the basic dessert product of ice lotion was removed the menu..... that is totally unacceptable and folks should beware about actually patronising that place once again.
