I first used Ben Ran in earlier 2018 if they were newly opened. The meals or dim sum really was great. I brought my children, my clients and my boss there. Everybody cherished it. The service had not been excellent but bearable after that. I justbrought my partner and 2 old girls for dim sum in Ben Ran.. Just what a disappointment this vacation and we came completely from Penang Island. Two dim sum dishes (har kau, teo chew dumpling) were more than steamed until the epidermis broke. The har kau fillings oozed out and dripped below the basket onto the desk!! Various other dishes while searching presentable tasted under seasoned. Ben Ran’s management seems to follow the word - to start out something is simple, to maintain the higher standards is tough.

Sigh.... the program so poor and poor. we sensed the waiter simply selective serving their clients especially when the business enterprise was great. This all started whenever we move there for lunch plus they waiter has been ignoring us whenever we ask for desk, then the menuand lastly their Captain provide us to the desk and move us the menu. After that we were joyful looking at the menu so when we wanted to purchase, the waiter look really shock at us and have us to carry on. After short while they returned and informed us it during the last call period. What i being seated here for nearly 15 to 20 a few minutes and none of personnel told us.
