Menu looks great if you are outdoors, pleasantly decorated inside of, designed inside the syle of English teahouse. I experienced tea and scones but that has been where the authentic encounter ended because the scones had been 'doughy' (make smarter myself), had to require milk to gowith my tea, the 'cream' that complements the scones has been that things out of a spray can and the'jam' had been liquidified confit (incorrect jam) which was really just reddish colored coloured juicy liquid. No genuine English jam and scone knowledge, but probably cheaper to allow them to provide synthetic jam and lotion than to supply the real thing

Was presently there for the very first time. Heard about this cafe from friends but haven't visited. Was there due to friends. The surroundings is great and feel comfy exactly like home. They function lunch time set with appetizer primary course and desert. Most of us orderspaghetti. The meals is fairly nice and the area is wonderful to chat. The purchase price for set lunch time was also reasonable. May visit again next time

This place offers selection of teas that complements their selection of waffle offering. The ambience is usually cozy and comfortable, like its name

Winter Warmers serving high quality tea desserts and foods. British design restaurant using good tea set and equipment. Suggested: Afternoon tea, cookies and ice mix fruit tea!

Malaysians are you currently planning an expensive visit to York, England to go to the famous teashop of this name? You can avoid later on disappointment from Betty's very long queues, indifferent services and rip workplace priced meals by coming here rather. It has all of the ambience ofa conventional British teashop using its subdued lights, flowery wall papers and china tea pots and cups that went of design in the 1950s. A trip on a day time when it's pouring with rain just increases the authenticity. The only real drawback is that employees are dressed because they would become in an easy food location rather than teashop. Their tea itself had been so excellent I even bought several packets to get back to Britain.
