I love this eating place and visit it each and every time I'm in Penang. Your wine selection is excellent and we like the meals...we usually order various "small plates" and so are never disappointed.

We ordered the pork steak, sashimi salad, grilled poultry wings, grilled nice potato with butter, grilled asparagus wrapped inside pork, and two cups of juice. Yes, fruit juice! A lot of people go there because of their wide wine choice but we're both not really likely to drink so wecan just chose juice. Anyway, please overlook the sashimi salad. Personally, i think the dressing has been just a little weird with a tinge of chilli. Not so suitable for sashimi. The pork steak was great! The potato salad that offered with it had been delicious too but nonetheless the pork steak may be the main thing. Poultry wings are evidently something popular right here, and we enjoyed it we dual ordered it. On the list of several grilled stuffs that I purchased, I really like the grilled lovely potato so very much, we double purchased too! Simply delicious! For what we've ordered, we paid RM154. It isn't cheap, but it isn't scarily expensive too because of its quality.

Food here's overpriced and nothing at all to shout about. If you don't enjoy yakitori that much, probably this location is the greatest Penang could offer. The sashimi was so not fresh, overpriced, over sized cuts and we got the cut near the cartilage forthe salmon (its like eating tendon). The supervisor/supervisor is rude, all the best obtaining a smile from her. Will think hard prior to going back again to this place again.

The staff is friendly, there exists a nice selection of food, and good not spoiled sake is cheaper than in Tokyo. This place is certainly worth a visit in case you are in your community because others "Japanese" dining places are a disappointment. It felt like astrange Japanese izakaya but ... they put an excessive amount of exactly the same unusually flavored essential oil on everything they grill.

It they will charge those costs it must be reflected in the meals quality and flavor. It isn't. Food preparation can be substandard. I acquired a large item of intestines in my own grilled seafood and the tsukune had been flavourless. Wine service isalso the pain while there is no checklist and you need to squeeze around diners inside the downstairs bar to select Poorly implemented - could possibly be much better should they put quite a few work into it

We had the most common japanese food want sushi, sashimi, etc. nevertheless, you can also purchase the bbq chillie, woman fingertips, mushrooms, etc. to use something different. Great collection of wine as properly if you're a well connoiseur aswell.

This place carries all of the wine I could drink and they likewise have beer on the tap. The meals is contemporary Japanese and I must say i like the meats on sticks.

So, we transpired to go to two establishments, which is the one which stood out. Not really your typical Malaysian searching beer joint. It’s a nicer searching, and the assistance was pretty darn great. The A/C was amazing, unlike other areas having an open bar.You will get sushi, the typical Japanese little plate size orders, and Japanese meal sets. You can find pictures, and there is a real lot to select from. The tiny plates of proteins, and like, run from $1 - $2. Everything we'd was very great. There is a massive deficit in the beer choice, but it is really a wine bar. There is a HH cost on Tiger beer, but we offered that certain. Did I say Free of charge WIFI? I'd say medium prices.

Don’t be fooled simply by the Italian title, Vino Vino Bistro is actually a Japanese cafe with wines bar specialized within Yakitori. Lately, the bistro launches brand-new Champagne Brunch semi buffet menus that is available every very first Saturday of the 30 days. We liked Nicolas FeuillatteOne Fo(u)r Brut and Rose Champagne paired with baked crabs and prawns. Garlic fried rice, Miso soup, Japanese Potato Salad, and fruits are free-flow.
