The taste of Bak Kut Teh minus the aroma and strong taste of medicinal materials at just about all. Prior to the covid pandemic, it includes a very clear broth that tastes nice and the additional organic flavour provides maximised its charm.The pork trotter vinegar isn't too sour and on the sweet side. There isn't much meats on the pork trotter. More epidermis and fats (or collagen). Must check it out.
