During covid few costumer go in..however now management change currently..rm45/hrs

Customer service quite rude. Busy talking one another and not stick to SOP pkpp for a few consumer coming because that client their buddy. For another consumer they simply ignoring to serve. . Providers send water to area also very slower until 2 time have to head to counter to inquired them when want delivered my drink. I requested them to contact supervisor also they simply ignore. Seriously this location bad providers. She think I cannot understand malay ,that why she contact me stupid. Actually rude and bad .
