Our family 3rd amount of time in Anantara Desaru. The bfast services dis time circular is excellent, because the staff was pleasant specifically Raman who was simply attentive to us need, helpful whenever we provide along my newborn. They even acquired food sampling offered to the table.However the check-in reception lacks from prior visit. Wife was inquired to goto library for check-in on comment our newborn had been crying. It would have already been much better managed if the reply has been for your convenience of u and infant, and other visitors. It made us experience unwelcome. However, the room had been wonderful with surprise bday preparation and bedding for the youngsters. Could have appreciate them placing a "no leaving foods and drinks outdoors on the balcony" signage on the balcony doorway, seeing that 2 monkeys came & stole the bday cake. General, the knowledge of the resort continues to be good. They might do better in sustaining the bicycles in the resorts though.
