Staff were ok. Not really rude as documented in a few reviews. But support was very gradual. It had been not peak hrs and we had been the only real customers there whenever we arrived. Beverages were served only directly after we completed our food, and directly after we inquired what happened to your drink order. Even after that, they didn't deliver all that people ordered. Food high quality was poor. Assam laksa was lovely and very runny. Everything you find in the photograph was what was offered to us. Doesn’t worth RM16. The prawn Macintosh and cheese was furthermore runny. Like soup.I believe SR bosses today don’t really value their brand or high quality. Was previously decent. Sad.Wish they improve but considering the number of problems against them.. I question that’s likely to happen.

Semua benda tak kena dengan kedai ni.Meja bertompok atmosphere takde orang lap agaknya. Pelayan lambat dtg, padahal dah nampak dah nampak aku menunggu dlm kedai, pastu dtg pun mcm nak tak nak melayan, pastu baru perasan menus tak bagi lagi. PStu menunggu lagi masa nak amik purchase. Makanan mcm makanan frozen baru keluar peti ais. Kek besdey anak aku, kot ya pun tegak kan la kek tu, ni baringkan dah buruk rupa kek tu, pastu cucuk lilin pun senget, aku kena betulkan sendiri. mintak hidup kan api takde lighter, terpaksa cari sendiri pinjam brother kat luar kedai. Makanan aku sampai pun lambat. Rasa nak maki je.
