Place is clear and neat. Services is good. However the laksa is 4/10 on wise flavor but there exists a lot of seafood in soup. Many areas laksa is greater than this. Char koay teow is quite dry. 3/10 For me personally. Thanks.

Kim Seng Kopitiam only have 3 vendors: 1. Char Kwe Tiao 2. Asam Laksa 3. Drinks Price is cheap, however the taste is substandard in my opinion, in comparison to other similar suppliers selling exactly the same menu inside other areas in Penang. If you happento maintain the area by lunchtime, I would point out go on and give this location a try. I would not advocate anybody to purposely walk out their way merely to try this location because it isn't worth the journey.

The meals was good. This cafe is operated mainly by older generation. As a result, our purchase gt missed also it took some period to prepare the meals. This take place during peak lunch hrs. Im guessing they obtained confused because of the crowd. Eating place is clear andneat. The only real other disadvantage may be the length. You have commute out of balik pulau city which some might not prefer simply for a meal. Us didn't mind the get because the we liked the meals.

We'd the Siam laksa that was terrific. Includes a large amount of coconut gives it a rich consistency and full taste

This place just appears to get better. Never dissatisfied. I stop every week on my bike trip for Laksa (Assam or Lemak) or char koay teow. Strongly suggested and well worth a diversion for genuine tastes of Penang.

The laksa is good. Not excellent but tasty. We attempted the laksa lemak with springtime rolls for dipping. It had been a Saturday plus they were occupied. Ran out of char koay teow and laksa before closing period. The lady who can make the laksa will be similarin temperament to the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. It had been funny to watch however, not wonderful to end up being yelled at for individuals. Sad to see a mature gentleman with a walker create his solution to a desk and learning everything was sold-out. I don’t understand that the meals is that great since i have ate laksa at another place nearer to my mom’s home and it was just a little much better I believed. But perhaps it’s the very best for the reason that area. There’s car parking across the row of stores nonetheless it does get crowded.

The very best food of the stall may be the Char Koay Teow, RM5 for an excellent taste certainly is the best. The laksa had not been nearly as good, the noodle these were using is not perfect for the "Best Laksa around". Pretty cheap, 1 bowl oflaksa 1 bowl of Char Koay Teow, 2 glasses of drinks cost RM12.

The taste of these Laksa isn't bad which is not the same as the Laksa stall in Georgetown area. They will have asam laksa and siam laksa. Both of these worth for a go. Besides this, the char koay teow also pretty good. This place generally busyduring lunch hours.

The laksa sold at the Kim Seng Kopitiam may be the “original” n “famous “ laksa was previously sold at Balik Pulau City. I particularly just like the Siam Laksa. Don’t overlook to use the Char Koay Teow, owner fried one plate at a timeto provide it additional fragrance n additional tastiness.
