香茅蒸鱼是决定我当晚觉得好不好吃的菜肴。老是觉得这道菜有不一样的厨师。怎么说呢？每一次都有不一样的味道，有时候浓一些，有时候香茅不够多，今天就好像忘了酸酶。鱼皮不错，番薯叶炒sambal却有点老。但难过的是苍蝇。有时候一、两只我也不管，手忙着赶就是了。有些东西，有些时候，我还是可以妥协。
