Just made an instant stop for a later lunch. Was shock for a Medium dimension helping of Fried Rice, the portion had been pretty big. I'd say easily feeds around 3 person. Price sensible I would say affordable. If buying dish which areseasonally simply ask their employees first how much they're selling before ordering.

First of all, this place is in the center of a jungle (nowhere). It’s near lookout stage and was previously a favourite couples location until lookout stage is shut down. The restaurant have not lost the charm though. The Pros: 1. In order to bringyour close friends or families to take pleasure from eating in the jungle sensation. You are not actually sitting down under a tree. The restaurant is definitely along with a seafood pond and the area is encircled by trees. However the location ambience is close good enough and I've not found an comparative near KL. 2. Thai meals at reasonable price (challenging nowadays as you can find more fine-eating Thais like My elephant and Rama V to mention a few). 3. Because they have a seafood pond (just tilapia I suppose), they served among the freshest grilled seafood I have tested specifically the salted tilapia seafood. 4. Can cater to many people The Cons: 1. If you don't are 5km apart (check Waze), the area isn't worth the long trip. 2. The journey there's quite hazardous; you need to proceed through Karak like highway with not a lot of lamp lights during the night. Those that knowledge it'll know what After all. 3. The place includes a large amount of mosquitos and flies (make sure you bring insect repellent) 4. Because the place is fairly huge, the workers are stretched slim, don’t be alarmed should they forgotten your purchase or they disregard you. 5. Desserts and beverages are ordered separately (a very important thing) but it’s also slower (this bewildered me) 6. Food quality will be average at greatest. Its more like the average foods prepared ala thai rather than Thai food. You might not satisfy your tom yam or natural curry cravings.

Huge location off the beaten monitor. Properly populated by locals. Went through the week so not busy but this location rocks at the weekend break. Tables fill round the lakeside hitch will be full of fish so when busy the meals is shipped by boat tokeep popular. Can buy wines and beer. Our team took wines and paid corkage 20 RM for the bottle. Fish is on screen in cabinets, some lifeless prawns and fish had been floating in the tanks together with the live fish. Good dimension portions. The toilets had been extremely substandard. 300 MR for four people isn't inexpensive, but there have been several beers sunk

We started our evening with the booking at 2000hrs. Whenever we arrived leading desk said they will have open the desk because we booked at 1830hrs. Ok, fortunately we got our desk. We ordered 2 fishes, the chili paste lala, the salted egg squid, agrilled squid, butter egg prawn, Petai, Pakis. The laundry come very slow, 20min between one another. I would point out the area is too busy however, not enough workers. Oh well, following the long time waiting around, it appears the food is very good. Maybe because we have been very starving. For that, I provide 2 stars.

Was looking towards this restaurant. My loved ones and I spoke about choosing years but in no way followed up, until nowadays. What a disappointment, and in addition zero greetings from the staff members, all somber confronted with absolutely simply no idea how exactly to welcome anyone. We ordered thefollowing: Starters,,,Pandan chicken. Not really cooked enough and virtually tasteless. Spicy Sotong (Squid) with coconut milk sauce, sounded mouth-watering, but sauce nearly tasted like chocolate! Thai Seafood cakes,, tasteless. Kerang (Cockles),, tasteless. Mains,,, Dark Pepper Crab, definitely bland, tasteless. Spicy Udang( Prawn). Questioned for the prawns without shell,,,, but was included with shell! And was included with a similar sauce because the squid!!!!! The horrible tasting chocolate like sauce. Bill for the aforementioned was reasonable however certainly zero thanks or grin from the cashier. All personnel require a serious brief about typical courtesy. Will never be back.

This place gets the right setting the proper tools but lacks in every areas. Simple dishes not really catered for so when asked for these were not as described. Dry out squid overcooked prawns meals where inauthentic Thai cuisine. This is my 2nd go to and my last.We tried another time because I idea it had been me... my 2nd visit confirmed that place cannot compensate for actually basic good foods. I cannot even say it had been cheap... Don't be lured to the place you'll regret it. I'd instead overpay at Jalan Alor than end up being insulted by this location... Very underwhelmed.

Nothing at all to shout about aside from a good venue on a little lake. Food quality - typical (not the purchase price though, overpriced fish). Hygiene level could possibly be WAY better. Several pieces of eyeglasses given got unknown smudges and you also definitely want to clean cleanthe fork and spoons. Crowd capacity was a lot more than what this eating place could handle. Program was super gradual and meals served were no more hot. Cold even. Purchase what you would like first, extra orders took forever ahead.

This is among the worst restaurant that I had ever gone to in Kuala Lumpur. My children went there over there weekend break and the very first thing we did, we made a contact to produce a reservation once we have a great deal of peopledining that day. Has been told by the dog owner himself that people didn't need any kind of booking and will just come right to dine simply because there are lots of tables available. We went there right and thought we are able to get any tables we wanted once we was told. It had been not how it proved from what we expected. There have been many tables which were booked and we surely got to await our tables for one hour long. Very awful service and we saw the service people threw the unfinished drinking waters in to the pond which where they use to catch the Tilapia fish to cook also to feed to the clients. We were very shock that such hygiene isn't practice more than there and you can find only 2 person using orders for 50+ tables in the restaurant. Can you imagine just how long we surely got to wait?!?! Directly after we got our tables and had chosen our orders, we even surely got to obtain the bowls, plates and utensils by ourselves as the waiters were too busy travelling, thinking which food to serve and which tables for attending, specifically the priority was presented with to the people who spend lavishly over right now there are certain to get the attention. This place is yet another marketing gimmick to market its pond and serving the foods utilizing the boat. Other than that, there is nothing special about:- a) Food - It is possible to dine on any Thai food items that serves much better than them. b) Portion - Is really a throat slicing to locals and foreigners that are planning to move there. The large part, is really a pathetically small part that we will get somewhere else and at a significantly cheaper price and much better taste. Need not travel so far merely to eat there. c) Assistance - SUCKS BIG STYLE still from the foreign employees and especially the Chinese proprietor. d) Cleanliness - They threw every leftover drinks in to the pond, and the pond is where they uncommon the Tilapia fishes. Ultimately the pond is merely another contaminated pond that you could find at the cafe. In short, DON'T Waste materials YOUR TIME AND EFFORT COMING HERE! PERIOD! SAFE YOUR CASH TO DINE Somewhere else whether it's in Kepong, Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Town Centre which serves larger portion, same cost and more quality meals for humans to consume!
