We dined at the Tropicana Town Mall branch located next to Radio Shack and Borders Bookstore, close to Pho Hoa about the 1st floor. Initial impression, splendid atmosphere with tradition flooring seating, 3 private areas and an over-all dining area option. I actually had probably thebest gyoza around; huge and succulent shrimp and minced poultry meat filling. Goes therefore well with chili essential oil. A couple of 6 parts is RM18. I have already been here many instances.The meals is good and tasty. tried their saba seafood established, grilled hotate, tempura udon, salmon sushi and much more plus they are all tasty. the more foods i attempt in this eating place the more i love this location. becauseof the common design and inside of this restaurant, I must admit that I acquired underestimate their meals. they maintain impressing me making use of their delicious yummy food. the supervisor, although you hardly reach see her grin, she actually is actually ok. she are a good idea.her staff can be very useful and friendly. overall, i've an excellent dining experience there.

The food was great but I will not be heading back again due to the service. We'd to order doubly the first individual didn't realize us we were informed. We speak English. Then your manager or boss lady was grumpy, rude and snaps herfingers at staff which ultimately shows little respect in their mind and they don't appear happy working there. The meals is good but overvalued compared to additional Japanese restaurants ten mins away. It is a shame because We enjoyed the meals, I just won't return back due to the front of house personnel and the service.

My fave outlet in excellent eastern mall. The supervisor (or owner uncertain) was helpful, although i believe they’ve changed now however the meals were all still excellent. The prior manager/owner she individually suggested this off-menu product - gindara butteryaki that is my compulsory orderwhenever im there. The meals quality is first class worth the price.

I don't expect a lot from Japanese resultant in shoppong mall but this store nailed it! From very warm welcoming Japanese sentence, to hot towel and renewal of hot towel, and constantly checking your tea cup to make certain that it really is filled, I can'tfind any fault making use of their customer service. I ordered salmon pores and skin temaki which was great. The seaweed wrap had been crispy and the rice has been tasty. The salmon epidermis tasted and crunchy. We also ordered their specialized soft shell crab burger. The filling was generous with a complete deep fried crab. They used charcoal bun and pangrilled it to perfection with slightly crispy at the buttered side. The salad was new and neatly arranged as an art. Eight folks travelled to KL for the golfing holiday. Once we were residing at the Boulevard St Giles Resort we sought out a restaurant for the last night together. We found Kiku Zakura in rhe mega mall and finished up having a fabulous period.They gave us an exclusive room and from our initial dish we knew we were set for a delicacy. Every dish was tasty and the supervisor was therefore attentive and obliging. Meals and service excellent.

It is a smallish restaurant in a retail center. I've now dined here 3 x, solo. It comes with an intimate feel & is similar to plenty of small places inside Japan. The salmon sashimi is generous & fresh (five sizeable pieces). The mixedtempura was good & a "surprise" element was the tempur-ed soft egg. Put entire in the mouth area it was delightful. I must say i enjoyed the avocado/crab salad having an apple company & carrot dressing. I came across the internal sesame dressing too nice. Furthermore the avocado & crab might have been more generous. The horenzo was delicious being an appetiser. There exists a lot in the menu to select. Next time I'd like to use the charcoal burgers with gentle shell crab! Two very pleasant women waited at desk & took the orders effectively. An excellent little find.

We went there for a few takeaway through the CMCO time period. I observed my bill got a 6% for SST and 10% for service cost. I questioned the supervisor why am I getting charge something charge and her response was that their foods is goodquality. I’m unhappy with that explanation when i can say for certain customers should pay just service charge should they dine in as you can find services rendered. However, along with the service cost, I’ve also noticed the Malaysian govt provides lifted the SST fees until August 2020 and all restaurant operators shouldn’t cost this charge.
