Ordered 2 immense pizzas @ 1530hrs (intended for an order to end up being delivered @1900 hrs) to get a hse get together. The customer assistance representative stated that it had 15pcs/pizza. However when I obtained them, I was once again disappointed. Why? 1. There is a delay in the shipping(that i was informed beforehand, but I experienced no qualms bout that) 2. Didn’t obtain any document plate or chili flakes. Not being content with the program, called the client service again to talk with a supervisor. Spoke to somebody by the title Nisa and she paid attention to me and comprehended the complete situation. But, that's where I got very annoyed and was once again dissatisfied with Dominos. She mentioned that I am billed 0.30 cents per sachet. I was like “are you currently kidding me, woman”? I must say i felt frustrated by her insufficient professionalism. I just slice the call only to obtain another from her after like 15 mins. She explained that the delivery man is on his method with the plates and chili flakes. Besides, she also explained that I’m entitled for a free of charge normal pizza. Thanked her before slicing the call. Dear Dominos, I’ve been your devoted customer and is definitely this how you permit your staff deal with your visitors like this? Insufficient product information & professionalism will certainly ruin your popularity. But guess what, you merely lost a loyal consumer.
