Qualification: this review is usually of the sister cafe inside SG PETANI (because it isn't listed on website). It is a fairly new joint. We made a decision to have dinner since i have have consumed at the Alor Superstar cafe abt couple of years ago and has been happywith the menus, ambiance and services. At 8.30pm on a Thursday (weekend begins for Kedah) the area had not been patronised as there have been just 2 tables of 2 pax each. Menus was OK. Atmosphere was OK - clean & properly deco. Restroom had no document towels or hands drier! Didnt like the notion of customers needing to write their very own selection like inside Old Town, so when We commented abt it the waitress wrote our orders + good customer support. Food didnt take lengthy to come (obviously) however the Bruschetta though tasted fine was on white loaf of bread. I believe the cafe shd provide an option for dark brown/ wholemeal or white. Afterwards when I spoke with the waitress she mentioned they only had whitened. The sliced poultry/ cheese/ tomato sandwich utilized processed slices of poultry not slices of 'genuine' chicken piece - which may have tasted far better. The marinated grilled poultry was an extremely small part for RM15.90! The choc chip vanilla blended consume tasted v nice in a slim tall glass. No service charge no GST - yipee! Cafe didn't have toothpicks! Whenever we left at 9.30pm the cafe had zero some other clients on a thursday night!

The place is wonderful and comfy. Don't be fooled by the images in the menus. Looks could be really deceiving right here. It tastes average as well. Staffs are usually unfriendly and mainly cannot communicate in English.

It really is quite dissapointing if they changed the chef which in turn causes the meals preferences differently from what I used to possess. I used to like having their asparagus lotion soup with garlic breads however now..it tasted quite awful. You might shift the chef but dontchanged its flavor or quality. I've stopped going right here since then. I would come again this season to notice if their dinner is okay again.

A bit not the same as my previous click here which was couple of years back...The deco of the shop was great but a bit warm inside although there have been 2 air-conditions inside. The meals taste and part is okay.. The support was better in comparison to previously.

Nothing special concerning this cafe. Setting will be raw, typical menus like any cafe. We purchased the mango ice blended (that is good as they add assam boi but a little lovely), iced americano (which tasted like regional kopi ice) and pop corn poultry(only if they make their very own dip and not really rely on industrial ketchup & mayo). Positive thing is parking is free

Been here several times. Last time was about my mom's birthday. I think among the best Western Foods that can be within Alor Setar, but shouldn't be weighed against other competent specialized western restaurant. I like the food quite definitely.However, many of the drinks that people ordered from the menus weren't available. I think that's quite unacceptable. Whether it's in the menus, it must be available. Men, restock your cooking area, please. If you cannot provide one purchase, that's still appropriate. But two times for my very own order, as soon as for my father's purchase...that's slightly bit much. Otherwise, no other problems. Affordable meals. We had an enjoyable experience.

Recommended when you have the money and intend to eat great western food within Alor Setar. Opens for supper. Service is really a bit slow sometimes

Usually we go right now there to possess drinks. Their drinks menus has large amount of varieties which range from coffee, drinks and fruit drinks. The smoothies, yogurt beverages plus some of the signature beverages have become good. Our favorite spot to go out especially in past due evenings, justsipping some fruit drinks sitting down outside in the balcony of the cafe. Nothing much to consume for vegetarians aside from few dishes which may also be not appealing. So just beverages here....

This time around we found a fresh menu as of this place and it had not been as effective as the old one. The beverages selection was minimal rather than too many types. We simply ordered an orange fruit juice and mango tango to defeat the heat. High quality wasfine but insufficient choices helps it be difficult to choose any beverage and makes us select only conventional ones.

We came on 27/12/2019 for really late lunch. The initial we noticed may be the toilet. It provides spider web which ultimately shows how long the bathroom . is not cleaned☹. Food was just okay. Nothing special but suitable. We'd to wipe the desk with wet wipesas we cannot tolerate the appearance of the glass desk. My husband said this individual wil not come once again to the restaurant. 🤪 Management, Please check out the overall cleanliness of one's restaurant since it would surely place your customer off.
