Last night I've purchased a birthday celebration cake. While she pull a floral on the cake, the lotion was working out & she just threw aside like she has been 'bebai'. The staff furthermore lying that she possess put a knife in to the cake box. That is my 1st time to be treated such as this. I'm very disappointed.

Personnel hidayah agak rude. Tak sempat nak habis cakap, dia dah blah packing cake tanpa cakap apa2 dan buat muka kerek! Masa nak bayar, hubby i ada tanya pasal debit cards but she didnt solution anything dan bercakap dengan personnel lain. Padahal i dok jauh dengan spouse i pun i dengar hubby i cakap depan dia. Bila dah bayar, langsung TAK CAKAP TERIMA KASIH. Service out. please supervisor briefing all of your staffs. I faham you penat buat kerja, but itu bukan alasan you boleh layan client macam ni. You select untuk kerja macam ni, you kena hadap. Maaf ye sebab i sangat tak puas hati but i taknak perbesarkan. Make sure you please take any activity for this issue. Thank you , no hate.

Employees dia rude betul. Perempuan kurus yang dkt kaunter tadi tu. Orang tanya tu boleh jawab elok-elok kan? Lepas semua benda yang orang tanya boleh pula buat muka. Bagus eh customer support awak. Saya nak beli bukan suruh awak belanja tau. Guna duit saya. Nose and mouth mask pon tak pakai.
